Case consultation using reflective practice will address the topic of conversing with families. It will focus on conversations with families or providers that were difficult, challenging or turned into something you didn’t expect. The process of reflection using a specified model will also be explained so that it can become part of ongoing practice in a group, with peers, supervisors, the SEC or individually.
