The Importance of Sleep for both Children and Families in Early Intervention - An Overview

Description

Sleep is critical to overall development for babies and sleep is also critical to healthy family functioning! This one hour workshop will provide an overview of the importance of effective, consistent, research based strategies to establish safe, healthy sleep routines for babies birth to age three. Providers will be given resources to share with the families they support in the Illinois Early Intervention System.
