This workshop will use a reflective process to discuss the struggles and obstacles in talking with families about difficult topics such as medical diagnostics, parental engagement, progress, DCFS calls, etc. Exploration of provider and family expectations, review of past experiences and what happens after the conversation will also be discussed.
