Preparing Children and Families for Life After Early Intervention

Description

How do we effectively prepare families to transition out of early intervention? This is not just getting them enrolled in the school district. It includes preparing them for the realities of not having a provider in their home regularly and learning how to find activities that can be carried over into the home environment. What can we do as interventionists to get this conversation and these strategies moving forward?
