Clinicians will discuss an article by Dr. Naebig and colleagues published in The Journal of Child Psychology and Psychiatry in May 2017. The article, titled “Statistical word learning in children with autism spectrum disorder and specific language impairment” examine how children with ASD and SLI use statistical learning and fast-mapping in language tasks.
