Clinicians will discuss an article by Davidson and Weismer that was published in The Journal of Autism and Developmental Disorders in April 2017. The article, titled “A discrepancy in comprehension and production in early language development in ASD: Is it clinically relevant?” examines if discrepant comprehension-production profile is characteristic of children with autism spectrum disorders.
