This course will focus on a positive, strength based approach to helping children with behavioral concerns, specifically those which may be related to sensory processing difficulties. This course promotes empathy and an unbiased method for analyzing behaviors, and determining what the child needs to be successful. This course promotes the idea that kids do well when they have the tools to succeed. Additionally, this course provides an outlined approach for evaluating behavioral concerns as a team, and strategies to best support the child to success.
