| Description |
This presentation will discuss the procedural safeguards for families who are in the transition process from Early Intervention to the local school districts. The discussion will touch base on the abridged and unabridged rights that are provided to families in preparation for their child to be evaluated for eligibility and services as they venture into their academic careers. A list of contacts will be provided for families, therapists and other support personnel to take with them as resource for working with their future families.
