| Description |
This workshop will help therapists to understand the basics of breastfeeding. Benefits for Mom and baby will be discussed as well as options for supplemental feedings. Daily routines and strategies for weaning will be discussed. Breast feeding and team members for premature babies, medically involved, and babies who demonstrate atypical feeding skills will be reviewed.
