NADS From Hospital to Home to Community

This two hour workshop is designed to help Service Coordinators learn about the NADS organization and ways to support families as soon as they receive the diagnosis of Down Syndrome beginning as early as just after delivery while still in the hospital. New resources, materials and outreach programs with parent to parent linked support and self advocacy will also be covered to ensure that Service Coordinators have the most updated information to provide families as they enter the Illinois Early Intervention Program.
