This 5 hour introductory manual therapy course focuses on neuro-modulation of the abdomen, lumbar Spine and Sacrum through the use of Jones Strain Counterstrain & Weiselfish ADVANCED Strain Counterstrain techniques. This course is for physical therapists and physical therapist assistants in the treatment of infants, children, & adults. This coursework assists gastro-intestinal, men’s and women’s health, and Lumbo-sacral & pelvic dysfunction. It is used with children, adults with both neurologic and orthopedic issues.
100% of techniques taught in this course area applicable to the pediatric population and will be of benefit to therapists working with those under 3 years of age.
