Citywide Assessment Teams (CATS) and Early Intervention - Transition Forum
The Citywide Assessment Teams (CATS) will meet and collaborate with Early Intervention Providers to define and discuss the evaluation process and transition into the educational setting from EI to EC in CPS. The CATS will provide resources and examples of what parents can expect during all phases of the evaluation process. EI Providers attending this Forum will be asked to present their concerns in order to collaborate solutions with the CATS. The overall objective is to improve the evaluation process and EI to EC transition for all families. There will be time for a Q & A.
