FAN - Facilitating Attuned Interactions- Reflective Discussion Group

Description

This ongoing reflective, facilitated discussion group is open to CFC 15 service coordinators and providers who attended the FAN -Facilitating Attuned Interactions - training held at CFC 15. This group is meant to be a place of support and reflection for those who are implementing or want to begin implementing the FAN approach in their work. During meetings facilitated discussion will focus on each of the components of the FAN to enhance learning and to reflect on the individual's and family's experience with using the FAN. The group will meet once a month for at least six months.
Topics to be covered during the course of the year include:

1. Working with a family using this approach, when and how to begin. -1.5 WWF
2. Calming and Mindful Self Regulation -1.5 WWF
3. Feeling and Empathic Inquiry - 1.5 WWF
4. Thinking and Collaborative Exploration -1.5 WWF
5. Doing and Capacity Building -1.5 WWF
6. Reflecting and Integration -1.5 WWF
