Dr. Keen reviewed the differences between a seizure and an infantile spasms, and provided a detailed description of infantile spasms and how they may present in children. Dr. Keen explained the different types of treatments for infantile spasms. Dr. Keen discussed how infantile spasms may affect a child's growth and development, as well as the prognosis for children who have infantile spasms.
