| Description |
This is a focused review with service providers. The review will focus on supporting families through IFSP, therapies, and transition to school/community programs. We will discuss the challenges and limitations to providing effective services to a variety of families. We will not be making changes to service plans, although we hope that the collaboration will improve the quality of future service plans.
