Early Intervention (EI) occupational therapy practitioners provide family-centered and routines-based services for infants and toddlers. Best practice resources and strategies will be shared to support you in measuring and documenting outcomes in EI including: participating in the child outcomes summary rating process; writing functional Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) outcomes and collecting data to measure progress; and considering health literacy in EI documentation.
