Identifying and managing common food allergens with infants/toddlers

Description

Learn about common food allergens and distinguish food allergies from other adverse food reactions. You will also better understand medical diagnosis and management of food allergies (including symptoms and tests) in order to help current children in your care. We will also discuss the appropriate dietary management of food allergy, including allergen avoidance and ensuring nutritional adequacy, and the high-risk situations for allergic individuals.
