The Reflective Practitioner: Taking Charge of Professional Learning

Description

The Reflective practitioner: Taking Charge of Professional Learning will focus on the process of continuous learning that includes observation, reflection, response and evaluation to develop goals, inform decision making, and make positive change. Reflective practice involves a collaborative, strengths-based and relationship-based approach to supporting staff and families. Learning the basics of reflective practice has the potential to transform professional relationships in early care and education and support families and staff as being agents of change. Join us in this workshop as we uncover the power of reflective practice in organizations serving children birth to eight.
