Arrested Language in 0-3 Diverse Learners

Arrested language development is a phenomenon that could occur at any age in ELLs. It is something to watch for and be aware of in the 0-3 young diverse ELL population. Knowing what it is and how to control and respond to it is critical for the early intervention practitioner. Also , responding to parental concerns regarding this is critical too.
