BEST PRACTICES IN HOME VISITING: FAMILY MATTERS
Children live, grow and develop in the context of their family. All families are different and all families have the right to be understood, respected and included in their child’s services. In this conference call we’ll use some common experiences of EI practitioners to help us better understand the role of relationships in development and the importance of working in the context of each child’s unique family situation. Professional boundaries will be highlighted. At the end of the day, it’s not about us; it’s about the child in the context of family.
