This workshop is designed for practitioners working with children transitioning from early intervention services to preschool. Participants will explore vital information about EI Services. Participants will gain an understanding of using a collaborative approach and identifying multi-level of resources. The session concludes with the development of a transition plan using this approach including perspectives.
