Educating Caregivers in Infant Massage

Description

Massage can be a helpful way to assist with comfort and overall mood in infants and young children. It can also help families and caregivers feel more connected with their children and assist with overall health. It can assist with gastrointestinal issues, improve sleep, and reduce stress. This course is designed to educate EI providers on the importance of massage in daily routines with infants and young children. It is also designed provide EI providers with a basic understanding of massage techniques to educate families and caregivers in order to improve therapeutic outcomes.
