Mandy Jones, LCSW, JD, Adoption Therapist at The Cradle will present Ages and Stages: Adoption at different stages of development. Mandy will discuss how adoption can affect children's social, emotional, and cognitive development as well as their attachment relationships with primary caregivers and others. Mandy will discuss how these effects change over time through infancy, early childhood, and adolescence, and how to best set up children for healthy, stable attachment relationships via the early parent/infant-toddler relationship.
