Attachment, anxiety and other social/emotional issues that impact progress in therapy

Description

It doesn't matter what type of a therapist you are, we all know that a child's emotional state and social skills impact their ability to participate in treatment and make progress. During this course we will discuss some specific social/emotional conditions that appear during the birth to three period, and strategies for how to approach treatment with these children. This course is intended for therapists who do not treat social/emotional disorders, but rather therapists who work with children to address other developmental concerns (speech, physical, occupational, feeding, developmental) and want to learn strategies about how to best approach these children during their course of treatment.
