This presentation shares the outcomes of an international seminar hosted by the Ida Institute in 2015 on the patient journey of children fitted with cochlear implants and their families. Participants will learn about parents' and professionals' needs, challenges and successes on this journey and be introduced to a new online tool, My Turn to Talk, designed to help parents better navigate their child's journey.
