Description |
Mental Health is essential for successful life outcomes. Mental health could be defined as a state of well-being in which the individual realizes his/her potential, copes with the normal stresses of life, works productively and fruitfully, and makes a contribution to the community. Mental health is our goal for every young child. This workshop teaches participants to promote mentally healthy skills in young children during every day interactions.
