National Standards Project: Phase II Overview and Summary of Findings

The National Standards Project (NSP) is an initiative of the National Autism Center-May Institute's Center for the Promotion of Evidence-based Practice. The goal of this workshop is to understand the history of the National Standards Project and it's goal of providing information about which interventions have been shown to be effective for individuals with autism spectrum disorder. The presenter will introduce the NSP, reviewing the evidence supporting educational and behavioral interventions for children on the autism spectrum and the recommendations provided by NSP expert panel for evidence-based practice for young children on the spectrum.
