For this case consultation group our focus was considering the assessment process and working with the wide variety of assessment teams. Not all teams are created equal and it requires much adaptation by service coordinators to understand the different styles teams have in determining eligibility, discussing assessment results and in their general demeanor and temperament. All of this greatly impacts the process of assessment and the overall experience.
