This seminar is designed to improve the effectiveness of the educational team that works with babies, toddlers, and their families. It touches on topics such as creating professional goals; identifying various communication styles and improving communication skills with the other members of the educational team, including parents and other therapists; designing tools to create an improved work/life balance; and understanding the impact of work/life balance on increased professional effectiveness.
