This workshop is designed to bring awareness to the importance of communication in a team approach to educating babies, toddlers and their families. Participants will demonstrate appreciation for the direct connection between verbal and nonverbal communication in educational team effectiveness; will be motivated to utilize communication tools to resolve conflict and to demonstrate the value of listening in order to aid in empathy, understanding and collaboration; and will gain deeper understanding of their own and others personality types and communication styles.
