A Discussion for Providers of Revisions from the Updated CFC Procedure Manual

This training is for CFC#15 providers and will focus on clarifying revisions in the Evaluation and Report guidelines and EI Evaluation & Assessment instruments from the updated CFC Procedure Manual. We will discuss the differences between Evaluations and Assessments; eligibility determination; the report format; working with the team to determine eligibility; and the list of approved Evaluation and Assessment Instruments. This training will not be on a specific instrument, but is an overview and discussion on revisions and approved instruments. We ask providers to bring questions regarding the revisions to the meeting and to be ready to discuss how these revisions are being implemented. The training will be facilitated by Wendy Kolar and will be limited to 25 attendees due to the interactive nature of the training.
