Trauma and children with disabilities: Creating a therapy tool box

Description

Providing trauma services to children with disabilities can be intimidating for many clinicians. This workshop will discuss the similarities and differences between trauma interventions for children with and without disabilities, identify some specific tools and strategies that can facilitate work with children with disabilities, and explore some of the auxiliary services that may support recovery.
