Understanding and Addressing Sleep Disorders in Young Children

Description

Many infants and toddlers struggle with sleep regulation difficulties. It is a common reason for stress in families with young children. Families are often in search of an understanding of their child's needs and support and information about how to address the challenges, especially around sleep. In this workshop Dr. Nelson will overview the causes and strategies to addressing sleep disorders in young children.
