In this workshop we will explore how to use what we know about social/emotional learning to guide children's behavior in effective ways. We will learn tools that build connection, invite respect, and promote cooperation. We will explore ways to partner with children in order to create strong teams and get our desired results while helping children learn valuable skills. This workshop will encourage all who attend and provide participants with a deeper understanding of what motivates children as well as a full toolbox of effective tools.
