Case examples of a child with Ocular Albinism and a child with multiple diagnoses (seizures, PDA, microcephaly, bilateral retinal damage, encephalopathy, HSV, and occlusion of the cerebral arteries) will be discussed. Diagnostic criteria, differential diagnosis, associated risks, prognosis and assessment of the needs of the family related to the diagnosis will be presented.
