Description |
The day will be organized around some of the key tensions often felt in systems change work, such as the need to move beyond surface level conversations about complex issues and to expand which perspectives are included in making change. Specifically, participants will learn new ideas and practical tools to: authentically engage diverse stakeholders, including families and constituents, in systems change efforts; identify and understand deep system conditions affecting targeted outcomes; and support real-time learning and action processes to create a more adaptive, responsive local system.
