Description

As a service coordinator you are the point person for an enormous amount of communicating with both families and providers. With phone calls, use of cell lines, texting and emails working with families and teams to develop the best and most useful communication can be an enormous task. In this workshop Carolyn Mika will lead us in a discussion of how to best determine what works for each family and then manage communications, including technology so that we work with families and teams in a collective and meaningful way.
