Description |
Families with children who have recessive gene disorders often experience challenges related to understanding how the diagnosis is part of their family genetics and need support to care for their child's medical and developmental needs. Dr. Ochoa will describe how families come to learn and understand these diagnoses, manage future family planning and will share information related to a few recessive gene disorders that impact development.
