This workshop is designed to support parents of young children and service providers by reviewing child development theories in relationship to birth through toddler years; discussing ways to talk to parents about development in a way they can understand how it relates to them and their child(ren); and giving attendees some techniques to share with parents who are experiencing challenges of early childhood, i.e. tantrums.
