Description |
The objectives of this presentation are to inform the attendees about services from public libraries that they can use to access the mental health needs of children and their families; to introduce new products (some online) to parents, providers, childcare workers, and social workers in order to reduce stressful situations and behaviors in interactions with children; and to specifically address the programs offered at public libraries to help with the literacy needs of young children which impact their social emotional development.
