What is "Infant Mental Health" and How it Impacts Early Head Start Staff Part Three

Workshop for Early Head Start teachers and home visitors. Workshop will explore the definition of Infant Mental Health and will identify how to promote, prevent and treat mental health concerns in children ages 0-3. Participants will explore how mental health and mental illness differ. They will also explore ways to identify children with mental health concerns. Issues around attachment and healthy social emotional development will also be explored. Participants will be encouraged to discuss families they work with and obtain reflective feedback during the course of the workshop. This is part three of a three part workshop for Early Head Start staff.
