Service Coordinators are the first members of the IFSP to meet with the family in the home. All home visitors need to be informed, aware and prepared when traveling and meeting with families. This two hour workshop will review general safety precautions as well as highlight specific strategies related to car safety, safety arriving, departing and during home visits. "What Would You Do" case scenarios will be discussed during small group activities and resources from local law enforcement will be shared.
