Using Basic Visual Systems at Home for Moms and Dads

Description

In this interactive session, participants will learn how and why visual supports are so successful for children on the autism spectrum and identify strategies to improve communication, behavior and self-regulation utilizing learner-specific programming. The presenter will discuss multiple examples of how to design, teach and build these tools at home for individuals on the autism spectrum and those with developmental disabilities.
