PLAY Project Certification Training

Description

This comprehensive certification program is for professionals interested in offering the PLAY Project, an evidenced-based developmental and behavioral intervention for young children with autism and their families. Certified PLAY Project Consultants become experts in this parent-mediated intensive early intervention model. Following the 7 Circles of The PLAY Project, Consultants coach parents to playfully engage their child, PLAY Project methods and techniques, and document the child’s progress. Parents then learn to become more sensitive, responsive, and effective in their interactions with their child. As a result, the child becomes more interested in interacting with their caregivers and their peers.
