CNS Malformations and their impact on Neurodevelopment for infants and toddlers

Description

Central Nervous System malformations will often greatly impact the growth and development of infants and toddlers. There are many different conditions that can impact the CNS. Most children with CNS malformations will be eligible for EI. This workshop will overview the development of the CNS and the impact that numerous conditions can cause on the development of a young child. Specifically the following CNS diagnoses will be reviewed: Hydrocephalus, Neurofibromatosis, Agenesis of the Corpus Callosum, Dandy Walker and Moeibus Syndrome.
