Description |
This 1.5 hour workshop will explore the unique opportunities and vital role that OT has in providing services in the home through the Illinois Early Intervention system. Areas addressed in the session will include, safety awareness, cultural awareness, working with interpreters, supervision COTAs, AT equipment and request process and considerations, preparing families for transition out of EI and working as a multi-disciplinary team member within the OT scope of practice.
