| Description |
Service coordinators will be trained on how to support families through the transition from EI to ECE. Training will focus on talking with families about their move from EI to ECE and reviewing transition materials with families. Also discussed will be CFC and LEA policies and procedures for transition. Transition agreements with local LEAs will be reviewed.
Staff will also participate in discussion about how to best support the principles of EI with transitioning families.
