Documentation Do's

Description

Documentation is the key component to everything that a clinician does in therapy. Early Intervention and other therapists must have current knowledge in this area. Comprehensive records are necessary to justify the need for treatment, document the effectiveness of therapy and to have a legal record of events. This workshop will highlight the importance of documentation. It will discuss components that must be included and discuss the importance of goals, outcomes and strategies.
