"You Mean Everyone Doesn't See the World Like I Do? But It's So Clear!"

Description

This workshop focuses on the concept that everyone brings their own personal and professional biography to each interaction.. Understanding how different learning styles, communication styles and temperament can impact interactions increases our effectiveness in all areas.
The format will be presentation, participation self inventory and a group discussion.
Participants will recognize the importance of understanding their own individual learning and processing styles, temperament, and cultural influences as tools in building successful relationships and communicating clearly.
A clear understanding of oneself supports the individual in self reflection in order to improve ones ability to communicate with others effectively and meaningfully.
