This is the basic NDTA certificate course covering the assessment and treatment of children with cerebral palsy. The course requires one year of pediatric experience working with children with CNS disorders. Topics covered will be kinesiology, assessment, goal setting and treatment, handling skills, sensory issues, typical and atypical development, pathophysiology of cerebral palsy and all adjective treatment approaches.
The course spans multiple weekends over the year between August of 2014 and June of 2015.
